One of our main goals is customer satisfaction. So in Kmel-joomla-extensions we have created different forms of technical assistance from free access to documentation and general forum, to support requests by private support ticketing application.
You can have private support for as little as 10 euros for a period of seven calendar days.
We provide support in both English and Spanish.
Access to Documents
Access to documents is free to any visitor of the website. Currently the website contains all the documentation that is also available by clicking the Help link in the pages of the component after installing it.
A User Manual is being written at the moment of the publication.
Access to FAQs
There is a FAQs section publicly available where you can find solutions to common problems. Other than the documentation, it is typically the first place to look for information.
Access to the Forum
Any visitor to our site has free access to the sections 'Suggestions' and 'User's Questions and Answers' on KMFasTrans. You can find there the solutions not found in the FAQ. To post, you must be a registered user and be in session.
To access and post in the 'Support' section you must have an active subscription. (For a fee as low as 10 Euros).
