There is a free KMFasTrans TRIAL version, almost identical to the PRO version but limited to three languages that you can use to test the extension before buying a subscription. The TRIAL version, although it is free, also requires a subscription.
KMFasTrans FREE 2.3.1 is a maintenance release. Bugs fixed by this release affect to Joomla 2.5 installations only. See Release Notes for detailed fixed bugs.

The bug affects to Joomla 2.x instalations only. If you are using Joomla 3.x you don't need to upgrade.
This new KMFasTrans FREE version is fully functional. Although it has not all the features included in KMFasTrans PRO, this version allows you to create and save translations and create sets of translations automatically, which is a huge improvement over the previous version.
It also includes tips entitled GO PRO! describing what KMFasTrans PRO will add to the functionality in use. This will help you understand if you really need the PRO version or you can continue with the FREE for your specific need.
