Kmel-Joomla-Extensions-Kmel is pleased to announce the immediate availability of KMFasTrans FREE version 1.3.1 for Joomla 2.5.x  (Note that this version is not compatible with Joomla versions below 2.5).

This release introduces the following enhancements:

• Support of new field "For both locations" on New/Edit Override for Joomla 2.5.4 and higher.
• Support of new field "Key reference" on Articles for Joomla 2.5.6 and higher.
• Support of new "Hide Unassigned Modules" checkbox on Module Assignment of Menu Items for Joomla 2.5.6 and higher.
• Separation of KMfasTrans permissions and Language Permissions.
  • Prior to this release, the permissions for languages were the KMFasTrans Permissions. Now they are separated. A new button 'Language Manager Options' has been added to the Control Panel toolbar to configure them. For more info see the Permissions Management Chapter of the User Manual.

Kmel-Joomla-Extensions is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 1.3.1 of our extension KMFasTrans PRO for Joomla 2.5.x  

NOTES:

• This release is not compatible with Joomla versions lowers than 2.5
• IIf you install this versión in a Joomla version lower than 2.5.4 you must disable the plugin option 'Language Permissions' BEFORE upgrading to Joomla 2.5.4 or higher. Otherwise the upgrade will finish in error. Once the Joomla upgrade has finished you should enable 'Language Permissions'.

This version introduces the following enhancements:

• Separation of KMfasTrans Permissions and Language Permissions.
  
  • Prior to this release, the permissions for languages were the KMFasTrans Permissions. Now they are separated. A new button 'Language Manager Options' has been added to the Control Panel toolbar to configure them. For more info see the Permissions Management Chapter of the User Manual.
• Ability to deny administration permissions of a component and still allow making translations of that component.
  
  • For example, you can prevent a user (user group) the access to manage articles, but allow this user to manage translations of articles.
• With these two new features you can deny all administration permissions for all components except KMFasTrans, only allowing users to create new translations or edit existing ones. In terms of security this is similar to creating translations from the front-end.

This release replaces releases 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 that are no longer available.
