Supported third party extensions in KMFasTrans

K2 is supported in KMFasTrans by means of a plugin called "K2 Support Plugin for KMFasTrans". This plugin supports:

- All K2 features, K2 modules and menu items as well as third-party K2 plugins.
- Simple Image Gallery Pro.
- Copies of everything from source language to target language when editing an element. This includes images, video, audio, gallery, attachments and csv files, further increasing the speed of creating new translations.
